In building the model for our Luchador line, the first thing I did was build the face

of the hombre. I then built the Lucha mask on top of his face so you could still see

the shape of his face and his features through the mask.

We design each piece and build a 3d master model. We 3d print each individual wax, we do pull our waxes from a mold, so each piece has the original detail we built in the master mode. We created the artwork, it is exclusively for our use and it is not available anywhere else.

We do everything here in our studio. Once the wax is 3d printed, it is sprued and invested, cast in metal, finished and set. Each item is made to order and will take 2 weeks to 30 days to finish and send out.
